It's technically a cube case, and meant for water cooling, but it has plenty of ventilation and the filters can be moved around. but the Thermaltake Core X9 is the only thing that jumps directly to mind. I'm not sure if the Air 540 would fit three GPU's or not.

I'm trying to find a full tower case that will house three 980 ti's and has good air cooling. Can anyone pick out some options for me thanks in advance.

if you're a reasonable person with a reasonable budget get a 780T from corsair but if you have a big budget get custom case from case labs like the 

MAGNUM SMA8 but it costs 600 dollars or more depending how much you customize it (JayzTwoCents uses it for SkunkWorks, which houses a 5960X and 3 titan xes at the point of posting this. (skunk works always evolves as jay said)
