Sony Z3 Help?

So I have a Xperia Z3 on the Verizon network. I was playing on facebook on it last night. When I get a text from one of my employees. It says "WTF" So I am like weird, cause I had not messaged her... when I look at our conversation my phone has seem to have sent a message by itself the message was 

"We genuinely apologize for the lack of side effect from the phone services in your area"  

I have no clue how it sent that message or why... any clue guys?
