We are currently working on getting my sister her on computer for minecraft and youtube use. The monitor we will be using is 1440x900, and we already have a case, a 300W psu, and a hard drive. I came up with these parts, but I don't know much about AMD's APUs. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vVbF99 Max budget is $200, but the closer to $150 the better. We also plan on using Ubuntu for this.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9DNjLk I like the night theme, it complements my dark basement. If you are reading this then you must also be a fan of the night theme.

Harder to get viruses then on windows, and if she trys to install any mods I am sure she will get some.

If you aren't an idiot, you are not going to get hit by a virus.

I don't even run AV software on my home PC because I know what is dangerous and what isn't.

Its not for me, its for my 10-year old sister. Using linux for asving money to, not just avoiding viruses.

She didn't care when I showed it to her, as long as it can play minecraft and watch youtube she will be happy.
