Pc start trouble

Hey Techies

I have a little problem, it is not huge but it might become one.

My pc when I am powering up. It starts and then shuts down after 1 sec. and then it take 2-3 seconds for it to power up for real.

 

I dont know, if it is the RAM or motherboard or what the problem might be.

 

I hope that someone can help me?

I would like to know the answer for this aswell. though the last time something like this happened to me was with a pentium 4.

this is common for this motherboard and many other high performance boards. my wifes does it since day one, been running at full tilt for three years of heavy gaming many hours a day. I wouldn't worry about it

I just don't like it. tbh
