What modem do you have?

What are your system specs?

What category of cable are you using? (Cat-5, Cat-5e, Cat-6, etc..)

Whatever you do, don't go with Telus. They charge you a lot for going over your datacap not to mention they charge even more anyway.

I second this

A Telus sales man actually came to my door and tried to get me to switch back. He started talking trash about Shaw, how they're unstable and you don't get what you want. Bitch please, I pay $164 a month and have double the internet speed and more channels than I did with telus not to mention a better router (both are OK, don't have money to purchase a new one). He didn't even mention Telus's datacap rules so I told him how shitty Telus is for doing that. So far he has not come back.
