Yes the 970 will handle 1080p very well, I have the card myself. Please don't use the the V300, I know it's cheap but it isn't very good.

Best advise I can give you is to follow your own topic..

the next best advice I can give you is drop from the 4690K to just a normal 4690 if you are not going to be buying some solid water cooling and doing overclocking

and only reason why I say think seriously on this, I made this mistake. SO far the PC runs like a complete boss and have had no desire at all to bother with doing some overclocking.

Overclocking is more of a hobby more than anything, for CPUs anyway. Doesn't really affect gaming performance that much, it might matter if you are rendering stuff.

Anyway, if you're planning to drop the overclocking, dun get the 4690, it's kind of a waste. Get the 4590 instead. Still quad-core, tiny bit slower and not really noticeable in gaming.

2nding this. The v300 isn't great. There's a reason it's cheap.

BX100 yes.

Stick to the 4690k. It will have a higher resale value and in the future you may feel the need to overclock.

Samsung 850 Evo all the way! I also like Western Digital better than Seagate, but they are similar enough.

Well, this build seems to be (of I am not mistaken) made of solids, not liquids. So yes, and I am pretty sure that the laws of physics will agree with me, this is a solid build.

Be more specific next time :P

JK, no problems, just me being my usual twatty self. But I saw the opportunity and took it.

You also seem pretty new to the forum, so, Welcome! (about three months is new right?)
