PC upgrade oppinion needed!

I decided it would be time to upgrade my pc since i can't play some games i want to play on the highest graphic settings (my current rig: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/F9T2GX ) I want to replace my CPU (Mainboard if needed) and the Video Card. My limit is 500€. My latest draft (added my current RAM, SSD, HDD and Powersupply for simplicity) http://pcpartpicker.com/p/B8Kfcf This would be my final draft, wich i would buy right now, but i don't feel very confortable with this and i can't tell why. Maybe i am a bit nervous because i can't tell how AMD will work with me. I even made some other drafts i felt confi with, but it was nothing i could afford in the next years, because i am saving a lot of money for a japan trip.

Your current CPU is better. All you really need to upgrade IMO is the graphics card. Either a 280x or GTX 970 would be fantastic for you!

Thanks but i am kinda stunned, because i haven't thougt my CPU would be better as the new one. In fact i was confinced the other way, because I couldn't see any spec of my i5 that was better than the FX.

Thanks for the Graphics card suggestion. I will definetly check them out (the high numbers look promising )
