Case fans problem

i really think so because it has a dial for led brightness too. But that doesn't matter much, unconnect them get fan spilters for a few usd and connect them to motherboard.

Okay my new case comes with 3 fans, and my MB has only 1 fan header.

This is my Case 

and my MB is Asus H81M-K

I believe that it has fan controller on the top of the case, to control fan speed.

 

Now my question is how can i connect my other 2 fans on my MB :(

(Please watch that video, and confirm to that is a fan controller)

Can you tell me why i shouldn't use Fan controller to connect all the fans?
