So. I just did a reinstall of windows and not I can't use my 1TB hard drive Windows was installed on my SSD, but I can't reformat my hard drive. Every time and every way I try it, I can't format my 1TB hard drive. All it says is that "Windows was unable to reformat the hard drive. Halp pls.

Did you try disk management's extend volume?

If Windows is installed on the SSD, and none of the above ^ measures worked, you can always still use the boot disc or usb to boot from and go into the Windows installation as if you were to install windows. From there you can format the specific drive by selecting it and selecting "Drive Options (Advanced)" and clicking on "Format". Then you can just restart your PC and boot from your SSD again.
