Help with custom build

So I want to build a white and blue themed PC. I have already chose the case to be a Fractal define r5 white with a windowed panel but im stuck on the other parts to get. My current rig has a gtx 980 and i would like the same kind of power in this PC. If anybody can help me with choosing parts i would be grateful as i seem to be incompetent.

I plan on reusing my hard drive so no o/s needed and i dont mind keeping my current mouse, keyboard and monitor.

If you are re-using your GTX 980 don't bother with another gpu. A second GTX 980 can always be added when you need more gpu power.
