Windows 8.1 Store Loading Times

Just a question about loading times of windows apps, Do they take a shit ton of time to load or is it just me?

Especially the store. (waiting 3:34 mins now )

And my PC loads Photoshop and Primer Pro Quite Easily, so i am sure the specs aren't the bottleneck

did the windows store app download ur ur hard drive instead of ur ssd? also they are bad.
