How much Watts do i need?

Either GPU's not both. if not what power supply or how much would be recommended? I'm trying to build one for the first time and don't(Can't) spend too much.

why a 750 and a 960?

The 960 will last longer for future games. 

 

Get the i5 4460. On newegg and Amazon, it's cheaper and performs better.

You can't SLI 2 different cards fyi.

 

And once you have that figured out we can give you a wattage recommendation.

The EVGA you linked is not a good unit. Only their G2/B2/GS and so on are good, the linked one is made by HEC and is very meh
