Need mac install files

Hi!

So first and foremost, it's my mom's imac, I am a PC person through and through.

Anyway, I had to replace the imacs crashed HDD, but I don't have any install media. 

Could anyone give me a download link to the install files for Mountain Lion or Snow Leopard?
