Help with CPU cooler decision

I recently got a H55 to cool my AMD 6300 in my Air 540 case. And when I over clock up to 4.5 GHz I go in to really high temps in the low 70c. My room is 26. I was thinking about returning the h55 and getting the h105 to get acceptable temps while over clocking. What is your input on this and what do you think the temp differens will be from the h55 to h105.

H105 is a lot better, or you could just dial your Oc down a bit.

I'd honestly get a CPU upgrade before getting a liquid cooler.

Yes, I am planning on getting a i7, but for now I am just gonna oc my CPU to tide me over until I get enough for my upgrade

I honestly couldn't tell you, but it is double the rad you have. So I'd assume it be a lot better

What voltages are you at? I dont usualy go above 45 (ambient 20) with a 4.2GHz 1.35V overclock on mine with a hyper 212 evo.

Also make sure that the radiator is getting plenty of airflow so that you give it the best chance to cool.
