Wireless USB keyboard doesn't work

Hello guys..
I have a -logitech dinovo media desktop- keyboard, mouse e.t.c
When i start the computer and windows load up the keyboard mouse etc doesn't connect, i have to remove and insert the USB thing that connects the keyboard to the pc in order to work.
I have tried other keyboards and they doesn't have any problem
What do you recommend ? Do i have to uninstall the USB thing's drivers ? How do i do that ?
