You should be able to play low-med at 1080p maybe a little higher.

Don't plan to get 60fps at 1080p though.

As I have told you already get a windows key for cheap off of redit and get a much better graphics card then the 750 ti (like a 960 or 280x)

Don't get a 750Ti, Get a 270 or 280 depending on what prices look like in your area. You won't regret it.
