New 3DS XL Question

I have a question about my new nintendo 3ds xl. On the bottom screen (touch screen), around the border on the right side light seems to seep through the screen like this except alot worse.post-45316-0-68081300-1433510692_thumb.j

 

Is there any way to fix this?

Is it worth getting a replacement or is it normal?

I have owned the 3ds and 3ds xl and have never seen something like this.

my bottom screen has ripples in the edges, i just think its bad QA

yeah the plastic border has a small crack in it. I would send it back for a replacement if it bothers you that much

I took it back to the store and got it replaced in 10 mins

I got a replacement and it is for the most part fixed however there is still some of that light coming through one of the edges (better than in the picture and on the bottom. What should I do :(

Yep. I'm going to go get it replaced until its fixed. It's not like the store I bought it from can deny me service.
