21:9 Gaming

Go to solution Solved by rafazafar,

If you can strech your budget here:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qJTyrH
might need some upgrade in the looks section over time. wish nvidia changed thier shroud, all of em looks the same. meh.

If you cant :

Budget n good looking? :
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QyyCP6
~ performs bout the same with the second list, maybe 0-3 fps lower depending on the game.

Im doing a black/silver/gold theme to suit the 250D styling. Dont forget to buy a backplate for a sleeker look :)

I just bought a new 1080p 21:9 monitor and am buying a new PC next payday to go along with it.

I have no experience with this resolution so I'm looking to part lists of what can run games like.

Witcher 3, Battlefield, etc at high to ultra setting. My budget is 1000$, I can stretch it if needed but i would like to keep it in that budget

Thanks in advance.

@Angeloutcast1

I run GTA V & Online at 35-60 FPS with a single R9 290X at 2560x1080. Sometimes there are dips to 25-35, but those are fairly rare.

Welcome to the club! im running an ITX with 21:9 too.

Oh and I prefer ITX, never liked the whole big ass tower thing

One important thing is do you need the system to look fantastic or just perform well. Upgrade path, or rather when is your next upgrade time wise.?
Can you name the ITX case that you plan to use? Since we might run into sfx PSUs. Oh and also preferred noise levels, cus ITX casses have less dampning.

Okay well I prefer it to look great in fact I am reusing a 250d and I'm not to concerned with an upgrade path, cause I normally upgrade every time a new game I cant run comes out so, few and far between

The lowest fps I can handle is 50 otherwise I get pretty sick for some odd reason

That's at absolute ultra, not counting Grass setting (because for some reason that one is the absolute most intensive for GTA V). So you could easily get to a constant 50FPS+ by lowering some textures from Ultra to Very High or something similar.

The build @REX.exe suggested will max out all games at 60fps (on 1080p). Except AC Unity and perhaps the Witcher 3.

I'm not seeing it, but ok, if you say so.
