I suggest the 4690 non-k if you want an H97 motherboard. Same CPU but no overclocking, and H97 doesn't support overclocking anyway

 

I also suggest the Gigabyte G1 or MSI GTX 970. The Asus 970 is generally considered the worst of the three in terms of cooling, noise, and overclockability

you have an overclocking cpu with a non overclocking motherbaord. any intel cpu that has k at the end means its overclockable. a board like the h97 etc are non over clockable z97 is overclockable though. other than that this looks awesome.

I'd drop the K series then get a SSD, other than that it looks pretty solid.
