Who is wrong ? ISP or router?

As soon as I start uploading 600MB YT video, internet just goes and nothing works!

Is it because of router? [ D link ADSL 2730U ] or Due to my ISP?

This worked superfine 10-15 days ago!

Have you contacted your ISP? What do you mean by internet just goes? Does it go out for all websites, does youtube stop loading, or is it slow, whats your connection speed? lots of questions lol

Speed- 1MBPS

Video stops uploading + no other site opens as there is exclamatory sign on internet access

But if I dont upload video then everything works like a charm!

I'll contact them after some time!

You've tried restarting the router i presume, whats the browser, And in your OS's settings, does it say the internet is not connected after you try the upload?

Chrome! Yes it says ''No internet access" in a minute after I start uploading video! Which Os setting? [Win7]
