WEIRD ISSUE WITH TABLET

I just replaced the motherboard in a freinds tablet. I let it charge for about 4 hours before turning it on but for some reason the screen has a very noticable blue tint and there are lines running across the screen. All the apps on the tablet work, it just doesn't look right.

Was the display cable reconnected properly and securely?

What tablet and what motherboard did you put in?

I reconnected the display cable 3 times. I even took the display cable off the original motherboard and used it just to see if maybe I was sent a bad cable
