Is there any 3rd party software for this?

Tom is a Door

Is/are there any software that will be able to set bandwith caps to different users on my router? Router model WNDR3400, It doesn't have netgear genie firmware, runs on irreversable firmware by ISP

What's your Data Cap?

I don't really have one, but I want to set for the users that are on my router, for them it will be like 3-6 GB each, also like 3-4mbps
