US you should not be spending 300$ on a R280X, you could get a R290X or a GTX 970 for the same price, and it appears as it is USD.

Your storage solution seems odd, but whatever.

Anyway, you should be able to 1080p 60 all games at atleast medium, provided you pick up an actual 300$ GPU, and most games you are maxing out at 60 with highest graphics.

Current Desktop Build | 2200G | RX 580 4GB | 8GB RAM | CTRL | Logitech G Pro Wireless

Laptop | 2018 MBA 256/16GB | MX Master

1. Am not gonna buy he parts from where the pcpartpicker says ... where i live a 290x is way higher or even a 970

2. 60gb for OS 240 for programs and games ( media wil be on a home server )

3. yeah i think so that 1080p is gonna be the option for this build

You can have OS and games on the same drive.

Thats MY opinion up there, not the ultimate option.

Depends on location (price) and use (capacity) but if you have a server for media it would most likely be around 500GB
