Hello i have the same pc for 5 years now and i need to upgrade i have a very low buged but i have a ga-ma770-ds3 rev2  and  i can install a x4 965 my question is it worth upgrading to the 965 or mb wait and upgrade the whole pc. I use the pc for "gaming" like dota2 csgo mostly online games that are not that demanding.

I'm not aiming for a future proof or upgradable pc just to have a decent 720p mid setting stable fps sistem.

specs

ga-ma770-ds3 rev 2.0
HD5670 gdd5
2 gb ram ddr2
amd 6000+
hdd WD800JD 80 gb
psu Sirtec - High Power Element 400W

And i'm thinking of buyng the cpu used but i dont know how reliable used parts are

If you want to upgrade, upgrade. However, new parts will last longer for the time so it'll save you money.

I'd save up and buy a new rig, there's not much you can expect out of a 5 year old system.
