Memory Questions

I have 2 questions and any replies would be great:

 

1) Is this RAM any good or should i upgrade it?

2) I currently have 8gbs of this RAM and im wondering if i bought another 8gbs would i be able to just put it straight into my motherboard and it work as 16gbs?

2.Why do u need 16 gbs are u video editor etc ? - If not 8 gb is pretty enuff for gaming
3.What mb and cpu u have ?

That RAM is great. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. For future reference, higher speed RAM offers almost nothing except in very specific situations, and when running an APU.

If you have  2 more open slots on your MOBO, you probably can add more. If you are JUST gaming though, and not into content creation or running virtual machines or something, it's unnecessary to have more than 8 at the moment.
