need a new vfd

i own an antec fusion 430 was most pleased when they guy deliverd it, fired it up for first time after he left and nothing the display is dead, its a vfd so not to be messed with so i carfully use multi meter to check power on the vfd board and voltage goes in screen recieves you guessed it nothing. its made by soundgraph but all their links are broken and it dosent look like you can buy it on ebay please help im in the uk so bare that in mind too
