how can you ramp up the fan speed, i remember only integrated GPU can optimize fan speed

Msi Afterburner http://gaming.msi.com/features/afterburner. All gpu overclocking utilities has fan control

Cpu is fine, but are your GPU fans on? I was folding earlier and my cpu temps was 61c and the GPU was 50c

Try ramping up the fan speed and see if it's help. Reapplying thermal paste for the gpu might help as well

i see great decrease in temperature, but is it going to make my GPU fan to be broken faster? I set it to 40 now

No it will be fine. 40% fan speed is not that high either so don't worry
