If you can, go for a Z97 board. You'd have to check around stores in your country that have one within your budget. 

 

If not, look at H97 boards (mainly from ASUS, but also MSI, ASRock and Gigabyte). Some of them can overclock (Most of ASUS's can, including B85 boards) 

 

EDIT: The MSI H97 PC MATE is a good H97 board if you can't find a Z97 one.
