The only difference is customer support and Warranty - EVGA are the kings of that.

Buying a 980Ti from an online store. They have MSI, EVGA and Gigabyte reference cards for sale, all at same price.

They do not seem to have any visual differences, clock speeds are same etc.

 

Is there any difference regarding which one to choose?

i would say go with EVGA theve NEVER let me down in building computers. and if something does go wrong their rma is amazing

Check some reviews and price then choose one. All of the mentioned brands are very good

If they are all Nvidia reference cards, not going to be a lot of difference aside from warranty and customer service, should anything go wrong.

Most of the time it pretty much doesn't. Look for the best deal, looks and chose based on your past experiences.

when it comes to the card itself generally not but evga has steller support.
