GPU is dead this time?

Hey guys,

 

Im about to call evga, but i think its worth a shot to look here first, I have a gtx 780 that is water cooled via the kraken g10, and some of you may have seen my last topic, i think this is unrelated. I was playing gta 5 last night, and i go to bed, and when i wake up this morning, my monitor would not turn on, so i ofc restarted my computer, still, blank signal, Next i plug in my iGPU, and i get a signal, i go into device manager, no dice, does not show up, i plugged it into a second computer, same symptoms, So is my gpu dead? what do i try next?

It's probably fried lol. Did you put any heatsinks on the VRM's?

call EVGA support.  I wouldn't be surprised I you got a new one free of charge since it's EVGA support lol.

Call support see if they could do something for you.

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

yeah, i know, but i like my old one lol, Its special, since it was the first high end GPU i ever bought

no i did not, I was told the fan on the kraken should be good enough
