Is there a 1080p webcam for under 20-30 Euros, there is on Amazon but I don't want to trust brands that I'm not fermiliar with

1080p won't really happen with that budget. Logitech and Microsoft make the best webcams and their offerings are 720p at that price point. Do you actually need 1080p?
