I have just goten a new 4k computer and I am wondering which Windows OS performs the best on 4k monitor? How is the scaling problem?

Just go with Windows 8.1

With windows performance I meant scaling problems.

the OS isnt the problem, the problem are applications not scaling with the OS

None yet, just grab 8.1 then upgrade for free to 10 when it's released.
