Good DIY spray paint?

Go to solution Solved by W-L,

Hm, haven't thought of wrap, where did you get it? Also, does it look good and not like an extra layer? Maybe some pics? I have some doubts in wrap though, might check that spray paint.. thanks c:

Here's what it looks like, I dind't make it 100% but close enough since it's hidden mostly by my side panel, you can get vinyl wrap on Amazon or places like Inventables:

So I'll be getting a Corsair RM series PSU (650W), which has the letters R and M in yellow, and that won't fit with my PC's color scheme (white/black/red) so I decided to get some spray paint, put tape over everything but the letters and just DIY the heck outta that PSU to make the letters red. But then I also realized I don't know any reliable brands that sell good PC-moddable spray paint. Most articles I found seemed to be fairly old and outdated and I haven't found much help on this subject. Soo.. do you know where to really buy good and reliable spray paint that won't come off in a month, have you purchased/used one in the past, did it work for you, your opinions, etc..

(Keep in mind that buying it online would be my preferred option, ty)

Thanks in advance,

Luke

MTN 94 is awesome. I used that for a lot of stuff.

It dries really quickly (15minutes) and they're available in hundreds of colors.

Also they're pretty cheap.

I personally wouldn't recommend spray painting the letters instead using a vinyl wrap to cut and cover over the current letters, I've done this on my AX760 PSU and it works great. If you are looking for spray paint however stuff from Rustoleum and Krylon are good if you need more color selection or brighter more vibrant colors automotive paint is the way to go. Also another is artist/graffiti spray paints they tend to have heavy pigments compared to regular spray paint and cover even better.
