First get rid of that V300 and put a bx100 SSD, they are flat out terrible.secondly do you really need that i7? Its only useful for editing as it performs as good as a i5 4690K in games. And lastly get a 700W power supply so taht you can get another 970 for SLI in the future.

I'd change the motherboard for an SLI compatible one. The SLI Krait Edition is at a good price.

I'd also change out the SSD for one of these two http://pcpartpicker.com/part/a-data-internal-hard-drive-asp600s3128gmc http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sandisk-internal-hard-drive-sdssda120gg25

Go for a 2TB drive. The price difference is so small that it doesn't really make sense to go with 1TB.

Finally, I'd change out the fans. Noctua fans are good and all, but you'd be better off with a few more, cheaper fans than just the one Noctua. SilentWings2 are good for AF, and NB BlackSilent Pros are good for all round performance.

EDIT: What is this build actually for? You may not need the i7

That PSU is crap for the price. $70 for a mediocre/poor 600W. Look at EVGA B2/GS/G2 or XFX TS/XTR, Antec HCG or any Seasonic

Thanks for you guys give me these advice, but I wouldn't get another GTX970 for SLI until I got the budget to actually change a motherboard and fit it. I do agree that @Oshino Shinobu said change to 2TB drive, and maybe change to a cheaper fan. The SSD problem I may be listen to what @Castdeath97 said. I just stores windows files to SSD and all games and music I'll put them in my HDD. Thanks to you guys who replied
