Calibrating ASUS VX239H

Hi guys, just received my new monitor but the colors and text look a bit off. I would say even my old TN display (LG Flatron W2043T) looks better and easier on the eyes. Can anyone who owns this monitor share their calibration settings with me? Thanks!!  

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
