So I got bored and started touching a bunch of parts in my PC. I felt the North Bridge little heatsink and it was so hot I instantly pulled off my hand. Is that normal?

Also I touched my RAM and it was a little less hot. My RAM has no heatsink. My ram is rated for 1333 MHz and I overclocked it to 1600 MHz. Are hot temps ok?

And not to mention i'm running a stress test currently for a CPU overclock. Right now i'm at 4.7 GHz at 1.225V.

Try HWmonitor is will monitor all the sensors your PC has, as for the RAM it shouldn't be a problem and the North Bridge as long as there is a heatsink with adequate incidental airflow it shouldn't cause any problems.

Downloaded it and saw 90 degrees for North Bridge and 70 degrees on RAM

If that's in centigrade then either give it some better airflow to the Northbridge or check if they added any thermal interface material to that heatsink and chip.
