For LoL and CS the 750ti should serve you well, but if you plan on editing on a regular basis I recommend atleast the i5 and maybe a r9 280x/960 depends on your needs though

I wouldn't put an AMD GPU with an i3. The drivers use more CPU in DX11 games so they will bottleneck a lot easier than Nvidia GPUs with something like an i3, Athlon, FX CPU etc.

 

 

^^^ look at the framerate drops in the second half of the video on ultra settings (more load on the CPU from the higher settings). And look at the framerate staying consistently below 60 here:

 

Meanwhile i3 with GTX 780 has much higher minimum framerates (still a bottleneck of course, but doesn't drop nearly as low):

 

Here's one showing the same CPU with the R9 280X and GTX 770 (about the same) in Battlefield 4:

get a better gpu. and get an i5 4440.
