First PC Build Help

I recently built my first gaming PC, but I noticed after putting it all together, when i would boot up my computer it turns right back off then boots up again on its own. I'm wondering if this is an actual problem or not?

Specs: Intel i7 5820k ; Corsair H100i Liquid Cooler ; MSI Sli Plus x99s Motherboard ; Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming ; Corsair CX750M Power Supply ; 4x 4Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400 Ram.

I also had to exchange my GPU since it would just shut off during gaming, but everything else was working fine. I also bought another CX750M Power Supply to test if the first one was also defective since two days ago, my entire computer wouldn't turn on and it showed no power doing to my motherboard.

Does it do it all the time or first time/after a bios change? Mine did it after a bios reflash/ settings change, but normal otherwise.

All the time. I'm not a very experienced computer person, just really know like a brief overview so not to sure about the bios reflashing and things of that nature. All I changed in my bios is what drive I wanted it to boot from.

Is there any programs that could help check each component of my system?
