microphone issues. please help

Hi, i have a small problem where everytime i play a game in full screen such as (CS:GO) while i am on Teamspeak 3 with friends and i tab out of the game 5+ times my microphone mutes itself on both applications and the only way to fix it is to reload counterstrike and teamspeak. I have windows 7

 

please help its really annoying to keep reloading both applications
