Hum from computer

Trying to find out what this hum/buzz is.

Its not my CPU fan, already played with the speeds, definalty not that, the GPU is fine tested it as-well and I only have 1 case fan turned on at a low speed which I cant even hear.

But there is a distinct buzz/hum, like a fan coming from my computer or a mechanical hard drive spinning (dont have it turned on) have no idea where its coming from, the fans which are in are not making the sound.

What could it be?

It could be the psu.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I3 4150, Intel HD graphics, corsair CX750M, 4gb ram, Asus H81M-E, corsair 230T, Intel stock cooler WD Green 2TB Gigabyte 550TI

It could be the psu.

 

The PSU fan is turned off it only comes on during load.

It may be the HDD vibrating.

The hard drive isn't turned on, using a SSD.

And no its not coil while, its a distinct "fan spinning" sound.

Could it be wire wire hitting the fan? Ie the CPU fan wire?
