So, I want a Mechanical Keyboard & like the look of the Ducky, never had a mech before, kind of want Red switches as they are "best" for gaming?. I cannot try before i buy as no where lets you try in the UK :( i'm very adaptable with keyboards anyway

so my choices are;

Ducky Shine II

Ducky Shine III

Ducky Shine III YOTS edition

can anyone tell me the difference between these not much info that i can find, i know the YOTS edition is full Aluminium & only few being made?

what's the difference between shine II & III?

Shine II - Previous model, still pretty good

Shine III - Newer model, more lighting features

YOTS - Aluminium body, unique spacebar, super expensive ($330)

Only differences between the DS2 and DS3 is as Samdb had mentioned, plus the DS III has a snake logo on the spacebar. Other than those, they look quite similar to each other,

BTW, Samdb, where did you get the 339 figure from? I thought it'd be 220 USD.....

It's £216, that might be because of import fees and tax though.

It seems as though you are in to your backlighting. If you wanted a cheaper alternative the Ducky Zero is a great buy.

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P - AMD (ftw!) Athlon II X2 260 3.2GHz - 8GB DDR3 RAM 2066MHz - Gigabyte HD4770 1GB - Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD - RAIDMAX (op) 500W PSU
