Have you got the latest drivers installed?

You are going to want to upgrade to 8gb of ram.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I3 4150, Intel HD graphics, corsair CX750M, 4gb ram, Asus H81M-E, corsair 230T, Intel stock cooler WD Green 2TB Gigabyte 550TI

Why you shouldn't trust Gpu or Cpu boss Click on this I dare you!

could be a driver issue i would suggest using driver sweeper then installing the AMD Drivers again. it could also be a bottleneck from the dual core

Put in fresh thermal paste on your CPU and remember to clean the old one. I have seen computers perform really badly simply because someone forgot to put fresh thermal paste and the CPU was underclocking itself to prevent damage from high operating temperature. You also mentioned you have a dual-rail PSU. That could also be the problem. Check in your which connectors to use when powering a dedicated GPU. Could be taht you have your entire system on only one of the rails and thus the PSU doesn't have enough power.

Not really a bottleneck just ubisoft being shit heads, it would be able to play the game quite well, on the hacked version.

thanks for the reply.my psu have 2 six pin(both of them are from the same wire chord) connectors.so i have connected one 6 pin to my gpu(it only needs one).and  i am going to full format my hdd and install windows 8 64 bit. so what could be my problem? thermal Paste?

                                 Thank you
