I'm building a PC for tasks such as Office Applications, Web-browsing, Light Gaming and Running a single ArchLinux VM.

 

This Build should last me at least 5 years.

My Budget is about  550 600 euros. Something like 660 USD

The Seagate HDD can be excluded from the price.

I will be buying the parts mostly from the Netherlands and Germany.

if possible i would suggest trying to more so follow a build like this:

bigger ssd (from a good brand)

bigger hhd (speed doesn't matter, price/Gb does) it can help you in the long run, i have filled up a whole 1 terabyte but i do a lot.

and 500Gb should be easy to fill in couple year (i filled a terabyte is 6 months of heavy usage)

750ti (it's faster for not much more money if you want the build to last longer) you could get a 760 or 960 if you want extra performance because that is pretty cutting for being 5 years

do you have a Power supply already? if not you might want to get one that is pretty good (any good brand would work, i prefer Antec)
