Take your Windows DVD, turn it into an ISO (using another machine)

Then download and use RUFUS to create a bootable USB stick from the ISO. (even has advanced options to use bigger external drives too)

Boot YOUR machine from the USB and your good to go.

will a external hard drive help me out?

You can't install Windows from an external drive unfortunately, only a usb flash drive would work. If you're installing Windows 7, only a usb 2.0 port will work. Windows 8.1 supports installation from a usb 3.0 port.

Does your Flash drive means pendrive? Whats the space needed?

Flash drive as one that does not need go through any conversion of interfaces, such as sata to usb. One that does not require drivers would function nicely.

A Windows 7 installation ISO is just a bit over 3 GB, so plan to use something bigger than that.

Yes you can, RUFUS does this.

List USB Hard Drives (v1.4.0 or later) option in the advanced options panel.

To display the advanced options panel, just click on the white triangle next to Format Options.

No dude, it'll be perfectly fine, you won't even notice ANY change whatsoever and neither will your machine in regards to how its seen/accessed.

It appears as any USB stick, just happens to be a bigger drive.

Building PC's,...I've done it hundreds of times.

When your done you can delete the files or format it properly, it doesnt matter... you use it as you normally would any USB drive.

well I've run out of money >.< so.. yeah xD

Another good option,.... keeping the front panel clean but able to use DVD's is to grab an External DVD burner when you can afford it.

$20-30 well spent, machine does not get touched (I like the clean front panel look too) and its also portable and can be used elsewhere. WIN WIN.

I never use optical drive for years

you can download image iso file from any source you prefer

and boot it up to usb drive

I don't see any reason why people should buy ODD that you only use probably just once, since almost everything is already been distributed on digital platform.
