If you have the game already, just try it and find out.

You might have to just test it, if possible. I know for a fact the 660 will handle Ultra settings, seen it before, but the CPU probably not 30 stable on Max settings. Maybe if you turn it down some/turn off some options you will get a stable 30 fps.
