A good friend of mine asked me to build a PC for him, i have a build in mind but dont know if it's any good or if there are better builds for the price? His budget is 700$ with a mice and keyboard. He will upgrade it eventually. No version of Windows needed. 

 

CPU: Intel Core i5 4440 Boxed

MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-H81M-H

GPU: Sapphire Dual-X R7 265 2GB GDDR5

STORAGE HDD: WD Blue WD10EZEX, 1TB

WIFI: TP-Link TL-WN881ND

MICE AND KEYBOARD: CM Storm Devastator - Gaming Gear Combo

RAM:G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

POWER SUPPLY: Corsair Builder CX500 V2

STORAGE SSD: Crucial BX100 250GB

Any other recommendations? Thanks for the PSU advice looking at it as we speak.

Any XFX, most Antecs that use a Seasonic OEM, any EVGA GS/G2/B2

 

Looks nice i see no problem. The PSU will be enough but you can always spend more money ;)

You can get better for the money in most cases hence the recommendation :)

Try look for an R9 270, it's just an underclocked R9 270X and is often cheaper.

The build looks pretty nice. I would consider a better GPU if your friends wants to play newer games at higher settings. 
Depending on what your friend will be upgrading, you can downgrade the CPU and get a better GPU now, or save some money on a smaller SSD and PSU and get a better CPU with a motherboard now and leave the GPU upgrade for a latter point in time for better future-proofing the build. 
I really like the storage solution :)
