Free VPN for iPad?

Hey, so I was trying to set my Rasp Pi up as a VPN today, but due to circumstances to lengthy to explain, that's not gonna happen for a while, and I kinda want a VPN ASAP.  

I considered using cyberghost's free service, however they only offer it for free to andorid and the problem is, I need it for my iPad (let the hate roll in) and you have to pay for that service.

Also, trolling through the forums for posts like this led me to: FrootVPN which people said was great and free! However when I try to sign up, it makes me choose either a 4, 10 or some other amount of dollars worth and wants my billing information... leading me to think it might not be free anymore.

so does anyone know of any reliable, free VPNs compatible with iOS? and yes I know paid is WAAAAY better but I can't do that at the moment.

UNlimited Free VPN By Betternet ( Just search up "Betternet" on the app store)
