Sound problems, any solutions?

From a few days to now the volume is going down i've tried a lot o things that i read on the internet, run the the anti-virus because they said that was a virus but my anti-virus didn't found anything, look the configs on communications if to reduce volume on any communications activity but is always on do nothing, i closed skype and razer comms to make sure there is any erro on this programs but continues the problem, I checked if there is any update for the driver but is already updated. The problem is in all sound devices that i connect on my pc.Can someone help me ? Sorry for any mistake I've made, english is not my main language. I'm using windows 8.1 pro.
