Character tracking

Ok lately I have been playing a fair amount of RPGs and RPGs that seem to require paperwork....I have been playing DAI with a pen and a notebook of paper next to me because the game won't let me write on the map.

 

So my question is there a way to track information for PC RPG character that is a little more elegant than pen and paper or a word doc....?  And if at all possible not game specific....I tend to bounce between RPGs a fair amount.

 

So far my only attempts to search character tracker has resulted in stuff for pen and paper.

That is great...for pathfinder....less so for Dragon Age or Witcher....or Mass Effect....or....
