Hello, I have ran into quite a problem..

Last night I was playing around, was going to install Arch Linux out of curiosity as I've been interested to learn more about Linux and how to do things without having a GUI. I've now realized I tried to do the install with GPT instead of MBR and I think I may of selected the wrong drive to install to as well which has corrupted it.

As of right now when I boot up my PC it's extremely slow to boot up (And I don't mean boot into an OS) I let it try booting into Windows (which was on the hard drive I THINK I may of corrupted) but it won't boot saying: no bootable device – insert boot disk and press any key. Once I got into the BIOS menu which is painfully slow (taking 10-30 seconds to register a key press) and just randomly switching between menu tabs when I haven't pressed anything. I did manage to boot to my other HD which has WIN10 and that seems to be working.

I'd really like some advice as to what I should do so I don't make things worse. Should I attempt to do an install of windows? Any idea what's causing BIOS to lag?

Reset factory defaults on bios. Wipe the corrupted drive and reinstall.

Since I can't reset it through the BIOS menu would resetting the jumper on the Motherboard do the job? I've just never done anything like that so I'm not too sure if I should.

Yeah, you're just looking to clear your saved settings so, Clear_Cmos, going into bios, removing battery while all connectors are unplugged, any of those should do the trick.
